Anyone that has even hinted at needing or wanting to try acupuncture has heard me, more than enthusiastically, recommended Krishna Avalon. I have been seeing her for years and have come to love her dearly and love acupuncture as a true healing modality. I was in today in fact and got some cupping done for the first time, in addition to acupuncture. Whoa, was that cool!

Being on Krishna’s table has done more for my health and well-being than anything else. She is gifted in her craft, so deeply cares for her patients, and is highly experienced and knowledgable. So, I was beyond thrilled when she took me up on a mama mini session. I happen to just love her little girl too, who is full of light and loving spirit. In our time together, we climbed trees, smelled fragrant flowers, built a beautiful altar, explored deep jungles, and did some on-the-spot yoga and meditation. It was heavenly and so were these lovelies.

I just thank my lucky stars that I am part of such an incredible community in Portland and have adept and truly caring practitioners to support my being my best self. I’m a blessed woman.
